1: Heat sealing temperature and pressure. 
Most of our customers' common sense thinks that the higher the temperature, the better the pressure, but we not suggest using this method, because the temperature is too high, it will destroy the surface of the sealing film. The flatness and the viscosity of the sealing layer may cause surface irregularities and false seals. Therefore, when customers use the sealing film, it is best to consult the manufacturer's sealing data and all aspects of the inspection data for reference.

2: The flatness of the container, if there is a problem in the process of using the sealing film by our customers, we never consider whether the edge of the container is flat. Most often their intuitive feeling tells them that there is a problem with the sealing film and the product cannot be sealed. In fact, this problem is a two-way problem. The unevenness of the edge of the container is a common problem. As a result, the sealing film is half sealed due to the container is not flat, so it is necessary to contact the mold manufacturer of the container immediately.
