Solution: Gradually increase equipment power or extend sealing time. 

2. Excessive heating: 

Phenomenon: The aluminum foil is deformed and blackened, and the adhesive layer is burnt. 

Reason: Excessive temperature leads to carbonization failure of the heat sealing adhesive. 

Solution: Reduce power or shorten time appropriately. 

II、 Packaging container issue 

1. Bottle mouth material mismatch: 

The heat sealing adhesive of the sealing film is designed for specific materials such as PP, PE, and glass. Using the wrong type can result in inability to bond. 

Solution: Confirm the material of the bottle mouth and specify the matching heat sealing adhesive type to the supplier. 

2. Bottle mouth contamination or moisture: 

Oil stains, dust, and water stains can all hinder adhesion. 

Solution: Ensure that the bottle mouth is clean, dry, and free from contamination. 

III、 The problem with the sealing film itself 

1. Uneven or failed heat sealing adhesive coating: 

The material itself has quality defects. 

Solution: Replace the sealing film from another batch or brand for testing and comparison. 

Suggested troubleshooting steps 

Prioritize adjusting device parameters, which is the most common and easily solvable step. 

If ineffective, check and clean the bottle mouth. 

Finally, replace the sealing film to eliminate material issues.
