1. Preparation work 

Container inspection: Ensure that the bottle mouth is flat, free of damage, deformation, clean and dry, without oil stains, dust or moisture. 

Material matching: Confirm that the heat sealing layer material of the sealing gasket matches the bottle mouth material (such as PP, PE, PET, or glass). 

2. Place the gasket 

Place the sealing gasket flat into the bottle mouth, ensuring that it is in full contact with the edge of the bottle mouth without any warping or deviation. 

3. Screw cap and seal 

Screw on the bottle cap: Cover the outer cap and tighten it. Attention: This step is usually done on an automated production line by first "pre tightening" to leave space for the gasket to expand slightly during heating. 

Induction sealing: Pass the sealed container through the high-frequency electromagnetic field of the induction sealing machine. The magnetic field instantly generates heat in the aluminum foil layer of the gasket, melting the heat sealing adhesive at the bottom and firmly adhering to the bottle mouth under the pressure of the bottle cap. 

4. Cooling and compression 

After leaving the electromagnetic field, the material rapidly cools and solidifies, forming a permanent seal. Subsequently, the production line usually carries out the final tightening step to ensure the sealing of the outer cover.

II、 Key elements for success 

1. Equipment parameters are the core: power, time, and induction head height must be precisely calibrated according to the specific combination of container and gasket. If the parameter is too low, it will not stick, and if it is too high, it will burn the gasket. 

2. The pressure on the bottle cap should be appropriate: the bottle cap should provide uniform and sufficient downward pressure to ensure that the hot melt gasket is tightly attached to the bottle mouth. 

3. Quality verification is essential: testing should be conducted after sealing. The simple method is to try tearing with your hands, and the correct seal should be difficult to completely tear off, usually tearing and having a part firmly stuck to the bottle mouth.
