Customized crayfish sealing film: three essential points to know

The heat sealing layer that comes into direct contact with food needs to be specially customized, and special polymer materials that are resistant to high temperatures and oils must be selected to ensure that they do not soften or leak at the moment of contact with hot soup, and remain flexible and not brittle even after freezing. A complete filling simulation test should be conducted before production to verify the performance of the entire process from 95 ℃ hot filling to -18 ℃ freezing and then to microwave reheating. It is recommended to install an online leak detection system on the production line to monitor the sealing integrity in real-time.
