Mainly relying on the following three key points: 

1. Selection of specialized heat sealing coatings 

This is the core difference from plastic bottle sealing. Glass bottles must use specialized heat sealing coatings (usually PVC based or modified polymer coatings with special formulations) instead of ordinary PE (polyethylene) heat sealing coatings. This coating: 

Strong adhesion: capable of softening at relatively low temperatures, producing excellent adhesion to glass surfaces. 

Good flexibility: able to fully fit the microscopic irregularities of the glass bottle mouth. 

Content resistance properties: The corresponding resistance formula should be selected based on the substances inside the bottle (acid, alkali, oil, alcohol, etc.). 

2. Accurate control of process parameters 

Temperature: Accurate heating temperature is required (usually in the range of 150 ° C-200 ° C, depending on the coating), sufficient to fully activate and bond the heat sealed coating, but not too high to cause coating decomposition or damage to the aluminum foil layer. 

Pressure: Sufficient and uniform pressure force should be applied to ensure that the coating is in close contact with the glass surface. 

Time: Ensure sufficient heating contact time to fully complete the bonding reaction. 

Bottle mouth treatment: The bottle mouth must be clean, dry, and free of oil stains. Any pollutants will seriously weaken the sealing strength. 

3. Composite structure of aluminum foil sealing film 

For glass bottles, their typical structure is: 

Outer layer: printing layer/protective layer (such as PET). 

Intermediate layer: Core barrier layer - aluminum foil. 

Inner layer: The key lies in the specialized glass bottle heat sealing coating.
