Time: 1-3 seconds (can be shortened on high-speed lines)
3. Equipment maintenance:
Clean the heating head daily
Check the flatness of the indenter every month
Regularly calibrate the temperature control system
4. Quality inspection:
Measure the sealing strength every 2 hours (standard ≥ 1.5N/15mm)
Sampling inspection for sealing (staining or vacuum testing)
Check if the seal is flat and free of bubbles
5. Environmental control:
Keep the bottle mouth dry and clean
