Phenomenon: The aluminum foil layer of the sealing film deforms, foams, turns black, and even burns through, producing a burnt smell. 

Possible reasons: 

Equipment power/time too high: Excessive energy input leads to overheating of the aluminum foil. 

Film material issue: The aluminum foil layer is too thin or the resistance is mismatched, resulting in overheating. 

Bottle cap issue: Bottle caps containing metal particles or materials generate interference and heat in a magnetic field. 

Solution: 

Reduce equipment power appropriately or shorten sealing time. 

Replace with sealing film of qualified quality and matching specifications. 

Check and replace with bottle caps that do not contain metal components.
