When using aluminum foil sealing film, special attention should be paid to the following: 

1. Material compatibility 

Ensure that the sealing film material is compatible with the container material (such as PP, PE, glass, etc.), and choose the corresponding type of hot melt adhesive sealing film for different materials, otherwise it may cause weak sealing or delamination. 

2. Accurate parameter control 

Adjust the heat sealing temperature (usually 120-200 ℃), time (0.5-3 seconds), and pressure (0.2-0.5MPa) according to the thickness of the sealing film and the type of container, to avoid excessive temperature burning through the film layer or insufficient pressure causing virtual sealing. 

3. Pre sealing treatment 

Before sealing, the mouth of the container must be thoroughly cleaned to remove water stains, oil stains, or product residues. Any contaminants will significantly reduce the reliability of the seal. 

4. Sealing verification 

After sealing, a sealing test should be conducted immediately (such as water bath inversion method or vacuum negative pressure detection). During mass production, regular sampling should be conducted for destructive peel testing to ensure that the sealing strength meets the standard.
