1. Check the quality of the gasket

Ensure that the aluminum foil sealing gasket is free from damage, creases, or contamination.

Check if the gasket size matches the bottle mouth to avoid affecting the sealing effect if it is too large or too small.

2. Clean the bottle mouth

The bottle mouth must be dry, free of oil stains, dust, or residue, otherwise it may cause loose sealing or bubbles.

Clean the bottle mouth with a dust-free cloth or compressed air, and perform plasma treatment if necessary to enhance adhesion.

3. Choose the appropriate sealing method

Hot press sealing: suitable for plastic bottles (such as PP, PE), requiring adjustment of the appropriate temperature (usually 180-210 ℃).

Induction sealing: Suitable for gaskets containing aluminum layers, ensuring compatibility of bottle materials (such as glass, PP, etc.).
