1. Material adaptability 

Select substrate based on the characteristics of the content (such as food grade aluminum foil/Tyvek paper) 

Acidic/alkaline products require corrosion-resistant coatings (such as acid resistant aluminum foil for honey) 

High temperature sterilization products should use high-temperature resistant composite materials (capable of withstanding cooking at 121 ℃ or above) 

2. Key points of structural design 

Accurately measure the size of the bottle mouth (including details such as diameter/curvature/thread) 

Easy to tear design requires a balance between opening force and sealing (usually 3-8N peel force) 

Multi layer composite structures should indicate the thickness of each layer (e.g. aluminum foil 30 μ m+PE50 μ m) 

3. Confirmation of process parameters 

Clearly define the temperature range for heat sealing (such as 140-180 ℃) 

Indicate the maximum allowable pressure (especially for gas containing products) 

Need to pass the actual filling line speed test (matching the automated production cycle) 

4. Compliance requirements 

FDA/GB 4806 testing report is required for food contact 

Drug packaging must comply with USP Class VI or GMP standards 

Export products should pay attention to environmental certifications such as REACH/ROHS 

Suggest providing samples for: ① sealing test, ② compatibility test, ③ production line testing, and leaving 5% margin to meet the needs of mold fine-tuning.
