1. What if I can’t find the peel zone?

Answer: Draining sealing film typically features a clear peel zone indicator, such as raised dots, color contrast, or a cut mark. Simply peel along the edge of the indicator. If you’re still having trouble, contact the manufacturer for a demo video.

2. What if the film tears easily or won’t peel open?

Answer: This may be due to excessive heat seal strength or an unclear peel zone design. We recommend adjusting the heat sealing parameters or peel zone design in consultation with the manufacturer, based on your packaging material and product characteristics, to ensure a smooth tear without damage.

3. What if the draining holes are blocked and the liquid won’t drain?

Answer: This could happen if the solid particles are too large (e.g., clumped noodles or kimchi leaves) and block the draining holes. Consider customizing the hole size based on your product’s particle size (adjustable hole diameter), or gently shake the package before use to loosen the solids.
