10 Common Questions About Using Draining Sealing Film (2)
Leadtra Packaging has compiled 10 frequently asked questions about using draining sealing film, along with practical solutions to help make your packaging experience smoother. These 10 questions are divided into four sections: Opening & Usage, Sealing & Leak Prevention, Compatibility & Customization, and Usage Experience.
In the previous article, Leadtra Packaging covered the Opening & Usage section. Today, we continue with the Sealing & Leak Prevention section.
1. What if the seal is not tight, causing soup leakage during transportation?
Answer: Possible causes include insufficient sealing temperature/pressure, incompatibility between the film material and container material, or oil stains/moisture on the container rim.
Solutions: Adjust sealing parameters, match with a suitable adhesive layer, and ensure the container rim is clean and dry before sealing.
2. What if the draining layer is damaged prematurely during transportation?
Answer: Draining sealing film features a double-layer composite structure, with the bottom draining layer typically having sufficient strength. If damage occurs, it may be due to insufficient film thickness or sharp contents (such as bones or hard ingredients). It is recommended to select a reinforced film material based on the characteristics of your product contents.
