1. Sealing test

Negative pressure method: Invert the bottle and place it in water, squeeze it to observe if there is any air leakage.

Stain penetration method: Apply dye to the edge of the seal and check if it has penetrated into the interior. 

2. Heat sealing strength test

Use a tensile testing machine to test the peel strength and ensure compliance with industry standards (such as ≥ 2N/15mm).

3. Accelerated aging test

Simulate a high temperature and high humidity environment (such as 40 ℃, 75% RH) and observe whether the seal liner for daily necessities has failed.
