High temperature resistance is the primary condition, and it is recommended to use PTFE or modified PI materials. These materials can withstand high temperatures of 150 ℃ for a long time, and are combined with polyamide heat sealing adhesive to ensure that they do not soften or deform under summer exposure. After 72 hours of accelerated aging testing at 85 ℃, the performance degradation should be less than 5% to ensure long-term reliability. 

Seismic and leak proof design is equally crucial. The composite structure of thickened aluminum foil layer (25 μ m or more) combined with elastic PE buffer layer can effectively resist driving bumps. The grid shaped heat sealing pattern can disperse the impact force and requires a 4-hour vibration test with a frequency of 10-50Hz and an amplitude of 5mm to ensure no leakage. For different fragrance types, the air permeability needs to be precisely controlled - the strong fragrance type should be controlled at 5-8ml/min/cm ², and the light fragrance type should be controlled at 12-15ml/min/cm ². The intelligent temperature control film can automatically adjust the air permeability with temperature to maintain stable release of fragrance. 

Security certification cannot be ignored. The sealing film must comply with the FMVSS 302 flame retardant standard, with a total VOC emission of less than 50 μ g/g, and pass the plasticizer migration test. The convenience of installation also affects the user experience. The pre cut design should match the mainstream air outlet size (38/42mm), the high temperature resistant acrylic backing adhesive should have a holding force greater than 10N/25mm, and the rotatable adjustable design is convenient for fragrance replenishment. When making a purchase, it is recommended to request a testing kit that includes different air permeability rates and conduct at least 7 days of on-site in car testing to verify whether the actual performance meets expectations.
