When using aluminum foil sealing film for sealing, the following four points should be noted: 

1. Sealing temperature

The temperature is too low → the adhesive layer is not completely melted and the seal is not firm.

Excessive temperature → deformation and burning of the sealing film, even damaging the bottle mouth.

Suggestion: Set the parameters recommended by the supplier (usually 120-180 ℃) and conduct small-scale testing.

2. Sealing pressure

Insufficient pressure → The aluminum foil sealing film is not tightly attached to the bottle mouth, which is prone to leakage.

Excessive pressure may crush the glass bottle or cause the aluminum foil to break.

Suggestion: Adjust the pressure of the sealing machine to ensure even force distribution.

3. Sealing time

The time is too short → the adhesive layer is not fully bonded.

Long time → The sealing film is excessively heated, which affects its appearance and performance.

Suggestion: Usually 0.5-3 seconds, need to be optimized in combination with temperature and pressure.

4. Bottle mouth cleaning

Before sealing, it is necessary to ensure that the bottle mouth is free of oil stains, dust, or residual liquid, otherwise it will affect the sealing performance.

Suggestion: Use compressed air or alcohol swabs to clean the bottle mouth.
