Phenomenon:After sealing, the surface of the sealing film is uneven, with ripples or wrinkles appearing. 

Possible reasons: 

Uneven pressure on bottle cap: The pressure gasket inside the bottle cap is uneven, resulting in uneven pressure applied to the sealing film. 

Heating too fast or too vigorously: Excessive power causes the aluminum foil to instantly overheat and expand, resulting in wrinkling. 

Solution: 

Check the bottle cap and capping device to ensure even pressure. 

Try using a "stepped" or slow heating method to avoid thermal shock.
