Phenomenon: Liquid or powder seeps out from the bottle mouth. 

Possible reasons: 

Incomplete sealing: The sealing film has wrinkles, is not placed properly, or the bottle mouth has defects (such as burrs, deformation), resulting in gaps in the sealing ring. 

The sealing film has pinholes: the film material itself has quality defects. 

Uneven heat sealing adhesive coating: The heat sealing adhesive is unevenly distributed on the film, resulting in weak local sealing strength. 

Solution: 

Check the automatic film coating device to ensure that the gasket is placed flat. Check the quality of the bottle mouth. 

Replace a batch of sealing film for testing. 

Complain to the supplier and request a product with uniform coating.
