1. What if my hand gets scalded when draining hot soup?

Answer: Draining sealing film features a single-side peel design. Hold the container by the film-free area when draining to avoid scalding. For enhanced safety, custom options such as an insulated edge or a marked holding area are available.

2. What if the draining layer retains moisture after draining?

Answer: A small amount of soup residue on the draining layer surface is normal. For a drier result, gently shake the container or let it sit for a few seconds — the remaining liquid will drain completely.
